I can't stand this show anymore. For awhile it used to be good, but now all the writers are doing is juxtaposing different couples together. I stopped watching it a few weeks ago when I realized how incredibly insipid it was.
I thought I'd heard the last of it until this morning, when approximately EVERY girl in my school was talking about it. "Ohmygawd, did you see 'Friends' last night? That episode was, like, sooooo good!" "Yeah, I can't believe he proposed. And she had her baby." "It was sooooo awesome!" I had to put up with that shit all day. I didn't even know what fantastic event happened until someone told me on the bus on the way home.
The whole plot now is stupid and rambling. Anyone agree with me?

It's times like these where I am glad to say that I never saw an episode of Friends ever.

So one of the characters is had a kid? Now I know the show is about to die, the writing is on the wall. It's the "Cousin Oliver" Syndrome

I can honestly say I've never liked, or watched more than 2 episodes of Friends.

I liked Friends in the beginning, but like stated before, it's kinda like a soap opera with a lot less comedy.

I always like friends, and have watched most of the episodes, infact this is the only good show they have here in Aussie, but not recently...

The other 'good' ones are Will & Grace, Everybody Loves Raymond, and that show about the doctor, who was it, can't think of his name...starts with B...

There was this bit on SNL a while back that was making fun of this, showing how they were running out of ideas exahsuting every possible "couple" combination...

Anyway, I still watch and enjoy Friends. I don't think the last couple seasons have been as strong as it was around the 4th or 5th season, but it's still one of the last few FUNNY sitcoms on the air.

I have never watched a single episode of Friends;

Once I heard that Shitty Ass Theme Music that they use, I turned it off said to myself, "Damn, that was a dumbass theme song..."

Hey some trivia for you guys(and I am not sure why I know this, probably because I used to watch Married with Children alot; now that was an Awesome show!):

Which "Friends" cast member was in a few Married with Children episodes as a young Italian guy living at home with his dad and also was in a Movie with a Chimp(Monkey). And the movie had to of been one of the shittiest movies ever made. Like you would ask yourself after watching it, "Damn, they actually USED UP film on this shit?!?!?" Anyone???

I've always been a sucker for sitcoms and all the reality crap, including freinds. Although the past few seasons the only friends episodes I've watched were reruns.I can't watch the new one cause it's on the same time as Smackdown....

You may now comence ripping on me for liking wrestling

I never liked it but I'm gonna treat it like I did the Seinfield show. Watch the last episode out of curiosity of how it ends.

Both Friends and Seinfeld can go to hell. Those shows are for fucking dumb ass yuppies. How the fuck can be a waitress or some other shit and live in a 5,000 dollar per month apartment near central park ? Also as a New Yorker 40% of the city is not white. We have latinos, asians and blacks. Where the hell are they in the show? Same goes for seinfeld. Not everyone is a middle aged neurotic jew. Some of us are young, violent thug jews in anti-racist skinhead crews ( lol )

I guess those crappy ass shows are not for the working class or for minorities.

Here are the shows that I watch now .
New Shows
Boston Public (Haven't missed an episode)

Enterprise (I love star trek. go ahead and say some shit. )

Samurai Jack

South Park

reruns (A lot of 70's shows were funnier and more thought provocing)
All in the Family
Jeffersons
Cheers
Good Times

That would have to be Matt LeBlanc. Don`t get Me wrong...The only thing I know about that show is that when I see the ad saying....."friends is coming up next", I change the channel.

However, I did see that lame movie...(hangovers are great!!)

Friends has always been a run of the mill, snore fest. The only episodes I've ever gotten any laughs from, are the episodes that feature the big movie stars in them. The episodes with Brad Pitt, Bruce Willis, Tom Selleck..etc...you get the picture. These shows that featured actors with actual talent were pretty funny in their own right.

Now, unfortunately we have to endure yet another season of this lame duck of a show , when they could be putting something new and better in its time slot instead. NBC has one of the worst lineups of all the networks anyway, I don't understand how they keep such good ratings. Scrubs is pretty funny, but that show is written by the same people that write Spin City, an ABC show, and a damn funny one, funnier than anything NBC offers us.

I think NBC's big problem is that it's political agenda that it carries with it is holding back the quality of the networks shows. It may sound paranoid to some of you liberals out there, but if you just look and study you'll find it to be true that NBC is pushing Liberalism down your throats. They are force feeding us shows like Friends, Will and Grace and The Left Wing. The Left Wing is a vehicle for the liberals. Every fucking episode deals with a 'ficticious but highly coincidental' storyline involving the modern day presidency. Every episode involves making the Republicans look 'evil' and 'racist' and 'greedy' blah blah blah. It's no coincidence that the show is called The West Wing either, if you just think about it. On a compass, West is LEFT of North, hence The West(Left) Wing. I mean, they could have done a show about the East Wing too. As a matter of fact, Martin Sheen said he would not do the part of James Bartlett(the president) if he was a Republican. NBC said, thats ok, we would never do that anyway, why would we want to tell the truth? Rant over

There hasn't been a good television show since ABC yanked Max Headroom after 8 episodes.
