Since when is nobody allowed to dislike certain parts of a game and like others? That makes a lot of sense.

For example, I think KOF99 is an awesome game with a minor flaw, the Strikers system. I understand the developer wanting to try something new and innovative, and sometimes the idea doesn't work out.

I paid good money for the game, if I don't like something about it I can say whatever the fuck I want about it. <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0">

Hell I complain about everyone of my games(I get pissed off so much I just bang my DC joystick for no reason,sometimes I soft restart the game so many times it actually goes back to the main DC screen)

But then the next day when I'm kicking ass I'm laughing my head off

You see I am a very good player with strikers I use them very efficiently and very wisely and I am very successful with them but that does not mean that i like the strikers, I really hate them because they are sort of unfair i.e. whenever you do a loose move in the end of which you have to pay for it you call the striker and do not get punished and when this happens again and again I think this spoils the game and spoils you cause when the people who r use to this will face a game like KOF 2001 in which I think strikers are only for the Sdm's then you will realize that you were wrong on the first place.

will i think that they r unfair, the strikers r unfair, we hear play a very strong games with strikers, i agree with ali jones, those strikers r not balanced, their is a big difference when a person make a reaversal move with dp+p and when he make his striker a bodyguard for your character, what i mean is that any person can call his striker at anytime( also in the counter cd setuation, that's really bad), and all of u guys know that the striker system is to powerful and it's most of the time more stronger than any DP move, that's easy even for small kids, but when teir is no striker in the game, many of people will have a hard time, becuase calling a striker just pressing BC button's, but when u make a dp+p FOR COUNTER, u see, it's not the same, also the striker when he hit's, your lag time for almost any move will go, that's the problem, i remember a friend who was playing with iori and using seth as striker, he was winning becuase the striker helps him, but when i told him to play c vs s, he said i can't play it becuase it's very hard and u don't have any striker in the game( he wants an easy win), that's what i say about the striker, no skill while using a striker.

yesterday and I played KOF 2000 and the guy
that worked there did a infinite on me with
Kim and a striker , I had no idea there were
infinites in KOF 2000 .

But since strikers are limited in use, a person could probably "abuse" this tactic only against one of your three members of your team.

You still have two other characters that you can use...

That's my main startegy for those who like to do striker infinites... they're trying so hard to do so, that they will initially run out of strikers early. Then, when they could really use one they don't have one available.

The Clark/Joe can't be the ONLY thing that is causing you to lose. It doesn't suffer the same feat as a lockdown or trap in MvC2 since you cannot use your strikers forever. Even they have to stop the madness and fight eventually.

I think its not just infinites you are dealing with , seth when used as a striker could do hell of a damage, first of all he touches your opponent even after a throw break and then the magic starts for example if your opponent is using Takuma woh ho! you are as good as dead cause he can do a CD canceled into a Dm haoshokoken and then what do u know seth touches you again and this time your opponent can again perform the haoshokoken Dm and damn its not the end your opponent will fininsh this damn combo with an unblockable fireball or oh no.... not again another haoshokoken only this time its unblockable and I think you are good as dead or you wished you were dead, and I guess I should not complain and I should Adopt.

As for me I really dont care about any one I do what I do best i.e. beat people up at the arcades and people who use these kind a strategies and cheap techniques they get what they deserve cause I give them the same dose and I make sure that they get enough. <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0">

So where were we infinites hunh well this is cheaper than an infinite and it requires only one striker ( so much for the wait and let your opponent run out of strikers Technique )and dont forget that this started from a throw break <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0"> So my advice to all of you would be try to play a fair game but if you play with a person who uses cheap tactics I guess its time you should show emm that what you are made up of and teach emm a lesson which is unforgetable.

And guys guys you should learn every thing in the game cause it comes in handy while playing at the arcades, its just like a wild world out there and you've got to stop emm before they make you suffer <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> atleast its what I do <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0">

Good evening ladies and gentlemen. The ironic thing everyone seems to be complaining about is being beaten by strikers,or being cheated. I seem to complain about not being able to do a flashy combo, with or without strikers, PEOPLE ALWAYS GET PISSED OFF AT ME, ONE, I MAKE THEM MY PERSONAL TARGET PRACTICE DUMMY, WHETHER THE GUY IS GOOD OR NOT, I WOULD RATHER LOSE THE MATCH TRYING TO EXECUTE SOME VERY DIFFICULT COMBO THAN WIN BY OVERWHELMING TURTLING AND AGGRESION. I RESPECT EVERYONE THOUGH. I FEEL THAT IT IS MY DUTY TO MAKE EVERY GAME{MATCH},A LASTING IMPRESSION ON HOW GREAT THE GAME REALLY IS. BECAUSE I SUCK. OH IT'S TRUE, IT'S TRUE.
