Which NEO GEO AES is this one?

The owner does not know if it is a US or a JAPANESE model.
Not that it makes much of a difference, but good to know, also I know the psu might not be the original that came with it originally, but the owner said it is.
Its a 10V model, can someone tell me if you can tell from the psu if its US or JAP pls?

I would guess Japanese but there isn't really anything definite until you see the bios. I've seen both 5v and 9v system that had either jap or us bios.

I c so in japan its 100 and in states 120? Just for my general knowledge 4 future reference?

US is typically 110v, or 120v.
