Where can you get good cases?

Other than buying shitty sports games with good cases for my saturn & cd games. Is there any other place or suggestions for buying or getting good sega saturn/sega cd cases?

You pretty much answered your own question. Getting empty NOS cases nowadays is next to impossible, so buy those shitty sports games in good condition and swap cases with them. The cases are worth more than those games anyways.
