A retro game store a few hours from my house has one. Played it a few months back. Was great playing Samurai Shodown and Capcom vs. Snk. Here's the shops FB page: https://www.facebook.com/TheGameGallery

Early ninety's, at the usual amusements along the beaches, might have even seen 1 or 2 in the Arcade that was in the basement of Hamleys.
Definitely havn't seen 1 in well over 10 years, come to think of it, I havn't seen an arcade cabinet that uses joysticks in well over 10 years!

We go to a bowling alley after work sometimes which has an arcade, all guns and steering wheels.

Not exactly an arcade, but at least in the wild:

At an airport in NC last year...

I've only seen them cornered away in pizza joints and other restaurants, never in arcades. A local game shop in my area has one stored away in the back with sham sho that they picked up from the mall arcade that went out of business a while back. Conans Pizza in Austin Texas, though with it's dimmed to shit cabinet.

About a week ago at the Heart of Gaming arcade in London. Windjammers, puzzle bobble and metal slug in it I believe. Also had one of the king of fighters in another machine. Other than there though, only seen a couple in hotels in Jersey, in the channel Islands and I think they're all gone now.

I have one of my 4 slots in the little arcade in my shop, so every day I suppose. :)

However, a few are still in the wild all over New England. I've seen a Neo with Puzzle Bobble loaded in it in two seperate food court arcades around here while traveling.

Last one I saw was in the Funtown Arcade in York Maine. it was a 4 slot cab with only 2 games in it. Metal Slug and Fatal Fury. This was back in 2010 or so.

edit: I lied!
I actually saw a 4 or 6 slot (cant remember which) at the arcade down in Santa Cruz. Had neo turf masters in it, and i think fatal fury.

Found an MV-4 cabinet at a laundromat about 20 minutes from my apartment. Haven't checked which games it has yet.

I saw one in a tiny pizza joint in Seneca, MO a couple weeks back. The population there is like 2300.

We were just driving through and the big red caught my eye.

Around NOLA, I've seen a few mvs units.

2012 or so--The lousy arcade they opened in the esplanade mall to support the stacker ripoff machines. It was way in the back with (IIRC) puzzle bobble and metal slug 3. It's probably still there, but I can't think of any current or future excuse for me to go back there and check.

I guess the same could be said for the metal slug 3 that I saw at the movie theatre in clearview mall in 2009 or so.

We've got a brand spanking new arcade-themed douche bar here in town. Not a single MVS in it--maybe some neo stuff in their shitty emu-cabs, but who cares?

There are no Arcades here anymore :( Not for years.
That one on vets was the last real one I can remember. I don't think it had a single neo, and seemed to be more about kids needing a place to sell drugs to each other.

I owned a video game store/retro arcade until November 2012. We always had at least 1 Big Red 4-slot in the store, and sometimes had 2 of them. That's the last time that I spotted one "in the wild".

The ski lodge in Gatlinburg TN has a dedicated MVS cab with Metal Slug in it. But the cab looks like it has been through a sledgehammer factory.

Anyone seen any Big reds in the wild in Florida? Have not seen one anywhere in all the years I've been here.

Never saw one in my country, hell i never seen an arcade-hall before. The only time i have seen arcades is when there is a fair in town. Last time i was at the fair i have only seen a Time Crisis 3 and Sega Scud Racing cab.

I can't recall seeing a Neo Geo in my town since the late 90s, when the arcade in the mall (Time Out) closed down the first time. I remember it had a Samurai Showdown in it.

i never really went into any Arcades in the 90's, but sometime around the late 90's/early 2000's,
i did in fact catch an MVS cab in the wild at my local RED ROBIN's arcade nook. i don't recall how many slots it had,
just that it had one of the METAL SLUG entries running. first time i ever saw any of them in operation,
i was immediately entranced/bewildered by the hectic pacing and constant death screams on the attract demo.
not enough to attempt to hit the parents up for at least one quarter, mind you,
- since my mother had trained me up pretty well back then never to even consider spending money so "foolishly" -
- but the game sure did leave it's memorable mark on my brain all the same.

besides that, there were two other instances i remember of catching a "Big Red" in the wild; at my local WALLY-WORLD,
and at a truck stop when i was on a road trip with my father, then a long-haul trucker for C.R. ENGLAND corp.

interestingly, but hardly surprisingly, both times, probably 5/8 years in chronological separation,
the cabinet in question was running SAM. SPIRITS/SHODOWN II. i recall being most amused indeed by the SNK Engrish in the attract sequence,
i guess i really needed to get out more or something...

I've seen a few red cabs back in late 2013 or early 2014 when I went to the Galloping Ghost arcade.

Their selection was pretty good too. They have all the Neo KOF games, all the Neo Metal Slugs except for 2, Samsho I-IV as well as V Special, Last Blade 1 & 2, etc.
