Whats with these Arabic Neo CD's?

Ok i dunno whether you get these on the US ebay but on the UK ebay there are always these "neo geo" arabic music CD's
i always wondered what they were so i bough one (cost me a whole 0.99p!)
and i put it in my cd player and get this horrid arabic music
i dont get it
does anyone know what these things are or where they come from?
are they singing about neo geo in arabic?
or is the dude who seems to have about 3 million of these CD's just a stupid scammer?

Probably a copy and fake, many thing from arabic country are fake !

yeah the music on this this is from no neo game i've ever played lol
but if this guy was faking them why not but actual neo music on the cd rather than some random awful arab stuff?

100% fake and very weird. the songs has nothing to do with Neo-Geo. and as Stephane said, the M-E is full of unauthorized stuff like this, but I have never seen something as wierd as this before (why a Neo logo?)
