whats a good program to put video files on psp?

3gp. It's easy to use,and still one of the best imo.

If you want higher quality video,try using either PMP mod or PSPxvid homebrew apps.

pspvideo9 wont work on firmware 2.80, so I heard.

I'd say the mp4 conversion on Nero works best, but it doesnt output the matching THM file obviously. SO unless you have photoshop I dont know of any other program that can create THM. PSPvideo9 works fine though. the bitrates that it defaults at sometimes are higher then necessary but hey, its free.
