@M Nice scoop on The Romantics. I like them a lot. Kind of ridiculous that they have a "best of" album when I'm pretty sure their S/T is their only real material. I'm sure every label has released their own Romantics compilation though

Aside from What I Like About You I think Keep In Touch is my other fav.

New CDs again.

Sometimes Walmart fucking up works in my favor. I ordered the censored version of Gorillaz' greatest hits (because it was 2-3 bucks cheaper without profanity), and they accidentally sent me the uncensored explicit version anyway, schwing!

And, uh-oh, 100 love songs, who, or what, is M trying to shag this time?

New CDs. I've had Roxette's Tourism and Bon Jovi's Crossroads greatest hits albums for around two decades, so, it was time to upgrade to more current, and larger, 2-disc collections. And I've got Will Smith's Willennium and Big Willie albums, but, I wanted something more comprehensive with some of his older hits on it. Korn and Lonestar just because.

The newest album is a couple years old but I’ve been listening to the Essex Green a lot recently. Most of their stuff sounds like 60s British music, but this to me has a more New Pornographers sound

I’m sorry I missed this show at Johnny Brenda’s too, I considered going

Dude really has an amazing voice and when it's live you know it's not just studio editing.

Snagged this for fifty cents at the thrift store Saturday, mainly for Blue (Da Ba Dee), but the other techno tracks are pretty good too--the one about PlayStation brought a smile to my face in particular. Blue is one of those songs where I've always misinterpreted the lyrics too: I hear "If I was me, I would die." in the chorus, but, it's just "da ba dee da ba di" over and over, so, fook me.

I have heard previously, and accept your version more. Damn the original band's vision.
