What are some of the most rarest MVS carts

With every system there are some rare carts but wanted to know what are the rarest on the MVS.
How many copies of these are around that make them rare?

pretty shore it isn't rare, but i was looking for a english real bout 1 cart for ages. for about four months, all the copies i came across were all japanese carts.

I am pretty sure that the game was Mental Slug. It was auctioned on eBay in 1999. There may be proof of this on dolphinlords still.

Well, he didn't specify official/unofficial.

If ya gotta specify "official" then you can talk Pochi & Nyaa, Pleasure Goal, Twinkle Star Sprites, Irritating Maze, Ganryu, etc. Though I think those didn't used to be that rare, but many were lost to "rare conversions".
