Weird label on Top Hunter

I bought a Top Hunter a while ago and it had a home made label on it that was hanging by the thread, so I peeled it off and this was under it:



What is it and what does it say?

That's a Neo Print cart shell. Was used for photobooths. Not sure what it says.

guess someone swapped out their TH's PCBs over to the MVS shell of something they felt they could sacrifice,
probably because their TOP HUNTER's original shell was badly thrashed or something?

I think the big text in the middle says 'Tigers Version'. On the left it says Neo Print Club (top line), Neo Print Club Multi (bottom line).

Quite. personally, i'd rather go for a complete JPN AES version myself, but you get a lemon and make lemonade of it, i suppose...
