Hello, I am selling an English Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer Neo Geo CD game and it is in near mint condition. It comes with the original case, CD, and spine card. It does not have a manual though which is why I am selling it for the low price of $20 shipped anywhere in the United States. I am using the manual for my home cartridge version which didn't have a manual (for certain reasons). Please let me know if you are interested. No, the manual was NOT covered in tape. The home cartridge version was covered in tape. I bought the CD version just for the manual. That is why it has no manual. I put the CD version of the manual with my home cartridge version. Still, $20 isn't too bad for those who want to play the game.
