Hi Guys
Vektorlogic is now back open fully for business for trade buyers - new numbers are as follows - +44 1325 485698 and fax is 488466 - however....
following the completion of supply of the japanese versions of SS64 there was one unhappy customer who was highly upset that his HNG boxes were taped together, thus destroying the 100% quality of the boxes - I understand the situation for collectors, but we are a trade business, not a collector supplier - that's what pays the bills.
Consequently it is with great regret that I have to draw the line on future private sales and call it a day - with such little time to allocate to private sales as it is - it is clear that there will be further situations such as this that could arise in the future. I think it was a paypal sale, and the possibility of account suspension is not worth the hassle of a few hundred bucks - sorry
I know that there will be posts - so here is the original letter and reply -

Hi Joe
your order is put together by a packer - not a collector - but due to the nature of your complaint - we will ask you to return the goods for a full refund - we will now withdraw sales from private buyers
Sorry but I don't need it - I will address the matter with paypal and announce the reason why to the forum - yours is the only complaint from the many carts shipped, but I am afraid the time taken to get the order together for you (and the fact that we are losing money on all of these sales of Jap carts) means that it is no longer financially viable to continue to support people like yourself - sorry - i really mean it - but there comes a point where threats of this nature make it a non-viable proposition
