Use PS3 (USB) stick on Neo Geo

Does anybody know if it's possible to make a converter from USB to Neo Geo (yeah I want to use a PS3 arcade stick on my AES) ?

The only things I can find is Neo Geo to USB

The Neo controller has no logic, it's just switches. Just wire up a female DB15 on the stick.

I wish not to open the stick because of warranty.
I wanted to have an USB to Neo Geo external adapter.

It would probably cost more than the stick itself to build an adapter that would convert the USB logic.
