In Korea free Android games rule all these days. I submit, Touch Fighter from WeMade Entertainment.

It clearly borrows a lot from SFIV and perhaps Tekken. I wasn't expecting anything, so I was a little impressed. It actually doesn't play that bad and the music is pretty good. You can play online for free.
From what I understand, like a lot of free social smartphone games these days, the Korean IM app, Kakao Talk, is required to play. If you're willing to go through the extra pain in the ass of installing Kakao Talk, check it out and tell us what you think. This company has a few other games recently out. This is how everyone is playing games in Korea now.
