At about 13:45 they mention some former SNK staff contributed to the game

Tried this out. Admittedly I didn't put more than a literal couple of minutes into it because I was working but it seems OK.

Did I understand correctly that this is not actually MUGEN and a different MUGEN style fighting engine?
