Sprint it forward two hours and leave it. Who cares about early morning sunlight. I have to go to work in the morning, I don't have unlimited time to frolic around in the morning lounging in the sunlight.

We would have set our clocks back for the last time by now in the US had the Sunshine Protection Act passed the House. A bunch of backlash in the news like this article caused it to stall:

'Spring forward' is bad for your sleep and your health. There's a better alternative.
