Yep, you heard it right. This would mostly appeal to EU-members but shouldn't since I'll pay HALF the shipping costs (if below $15) if the winner is a yank!

Yep, you heard it, adding to the general confusion of this board I have decided to use halves, which means that you can pick ½(0.5) or say 10½(10.5) which would mean that there are a total of 51 numbers or whatever to choose from which should keep ppl happy.
