Wait till Blu-Ray takes a dump...

Then you will have a $1,000 DVD Player.

You still get new DC games released in Japan from time to time.

You can still buy MiniDiscs from most music related shops, and some convenience stores.

I still think the UMD movies should be included for free (of for a simbolic 3-5$ more) in the DVD release of the same movie, so you have both formats and only need to pay once for the movie rights.
