Jan was ringing up eBay to sort out an issue with her account... She eventually got through to a lady in 'Murika...

After explaining the issue... and waiting 10 minutes... it was resolved...

After putting down the phone... she nonchantly turned around to me and said.. "She was nice... if only your friends were like that..."

Man.. what could I say after that?

I do think... some of you guys in 'Murika get a bad rep abroad due to various reasons...

But usually Jan is awesome nice... it just caught me unawares...
