Wow!
It's been more than 12 hours since I first noticed the update in the Neo store indicating a pre-order for the upcoming Strikers 1945 Plus Neo home cart and, still, there are no threads discussing this wonderful item. Very unusual, since I remember a multitude of posts when a similar announcement regarding Nightmare in the Dark was made. <IMG SRC="smilies/spock.gif" border="0">
In any case, seeing that this release will be produced utilizing custom boards and abandoning the "sac cart" route, does anyone have any idea how this process is being accomplished? Additionally, what concerns, if any, are there regarding the quality of this production and the long-term reliability of the product? Lastly, what is to be made of the "limited availability" label?
I seem to remember a previous episode which was detailed in the Black Book that indicated !Arcade!'s tendency to nullify existing contracts. With that in mind, what guarantee and protection does the buyer have in pre-ordering this new release? Is a guarantee of satisfaction provided along with a short-term warranty?
Sincerely,
Mikhail
