specs for MVS volume sliders

Does anyone know the specs for the sliders on an MVS board? I want to add external volume controls, (potentiometers) but I need to know which ones to purchase (10k, 50k 100k)

Hmmm..The smallest at Radio Shack are 5k(pots)

I just don't think I'll ever get this project off the ground. I need help!!!

The headphones are lin and the speakers log as far as I can see. Both 1k.
Dual ganged 1K pots are hard to come by. Why not use two (for L&R) after all thats the way the mvs cabs are wired.
I think Ive got a couple of 1K panel mount pots somewhere, let me know if you need them.

What I really wanted to do was to just bypass the sliders, and add one conrol for the main speakers and then another knob for the headphone out (where I have the sub hooked up) I;m sick of reaching in the cab and fumbling around to adjust the two volumes.
