Pretty excited, also pretty low expectations. The last movie was junk.

The series will always have a special place in my TV heart. The better episodes are still some of the best TV ever made.

There's a lot to live up to between the series once high standard and the current high standards of TV/cable/subs.

I'm enjoying the updated conspiracy theories and hearing dulce "air force" base mentioned on a major network station is pretty amazing.

I thought it was a pretty good reintroduction to The X-Files. Easy for new viewers to get into, plus plenty of stuff for old fans. I'm totally on board. Hopefully it'll make the most of these six episodes and kick ass.
