If you buy this and then just buy a standard 4 slot it'll hook right up? Memory card?

It's currently SPF, but to answer your question... Yes you can plug a standard 4 slot in and it will work. The Neo 25/29 series cabs do not have the built in card reader like the MVS-U4...
