The invoice you sent is exactly what I sent to these people so I have no idea what they are talking about.

Where is the invoice number? Or is the Order ID the inv. number? If so I someone at the USPS will need to be fired for being a complete idiot.

The invoice # is the same thing as the Order ID. This number can be found on the bottom right corner of the invoice.

Invoice Number == Order ID
