I have to admit, I have never done business with NGF, but after reading all the complaints, I never would. Why/how are they still in business? They seem to have completely alienated the people who would have been their biggest supporters and customers.

You definitely have a problem since you have waited so long to take action against them, but Paypal will still help you if you contact them and explain your situtation. I have used Paypal with 100% success as a buyer and seller for quite a while and it is true that they are geared more towards the consumers protection. When you the buyer files a complaint of fraud against a seller, they will put a freeze on the amount of money you lost out of the sellers bank account and the seller has to deal with it from there. Whatever you do, don't just sit there and take it. I am relatively new as an owner of a Neo, but would not tolerate a bunch of crap like I see from this Neo Freak website. Spend a little time and you can hurt them, through Paypal, report them to consumer groups, and remember that behind that computer and the schemes are just a couple of wusses who could not make it running a true business because they would end up with someone like me waiting for them in the parking lot after they closed. Most importantly, DONT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I can't believe after all the bad publicity that I have seen on them that some of you guys keep dealing with them. Well, anyway good luck!

If he sent them, then why didn't he give you a tracking number? If they're only inserts, he could have sent them by Global Priority Mail and given you a tracking #, but I'll BET he sent them airmail and didn't bother . . . what do you expect?

Tradeenable doesn't really just offer buyer protection, but it also forces the transaction ot take place within a specific amount of time. You can set it so that from the moment you send payment, CRay has to send the product within lets say 7 days. I used this once, and figured it was overkill, because I trusted the person I was dealing with, but the other guy in my group didn't want to blow off a grand without protection, so it was cool. Basically, Tradenable makes sure that you pay, and the seller ships fast.

the pc's probably only cost them £500 to start with and they gained trust by sending some people the pc and over time if they got away with it they would have made a fortune they were stupid though and got caught out,its the same with NGF
they know that providing they keep some good customers they can con the rest and earn lots of money in the process,they are clever in a way cos it keeps people in a not sure position while those that they give good business to spread the word that they are gods or something,they have access to the goods and they can send some good stuff when need be,but 70-90% of the time they will go the easy route,the money making route and con you.
