Samurai Shodown V: POPPY CODE inside

To play as POPPY do the following.

On the character select screen hilight 'Galford' and then move Right, Left, Left, Right, Right, Left, Left, Right and then button 'A' to select (use buttons 'B' to 'D' instead for different colors).

Sorry if this is already known but I haven't seen a post on the board with this code in yet.

I have just seen I made a mistake in how I explained the code. The starting character is 'Galford' and not 'Kazuki' with the first code joystick move I ititially stated not being needed. I have updated my first post to reflect this.

there is one major drawback to playing as poppy... i won't spoil it yet though. moves are pretty simple, and similar to what he does when with galford. his super is a takeup without the cool ranbu stuff at the beginning. very fast, and very powerful, but he can't take a hit at all.

No I don't at present. Apparently that screenshot with the 3 bosses across the top is fake but I have no way to confirm that.

Poppy is a girl.

You can see her puppies in one of Galford's win quotes

And she isn't aggressive, she is only following the commands of her master. A dog is only as aggressive as its master trains it to be.

The monkey is Tam Tam. They both have the same moves.

I know about the puppies, but males can have their puppies come at them after they won a battle too...

But in this case they can't.

Because Poppy is a female.

And for some extra info, her puppies names are Poppa, Puppa and Pippa.

Any SS fan worth his salt knows that...
