Robocop working but with glitches.

I got problems with this pcb, it has some background lines and colors wrong. When playing the title screen dont have any problems but the cut scenes have, also most of the stages work fine with minor little noticeable lines on the background like the first stage only have lines when crossing the street first motorcycle, in the city on the background. The second stage all the background is wrong. The characters and the enemies are fine.

Always suppose a QFP is the issue.
