rgb cable green label

i have this tv of mine which usually runs with all cables on every console you can just imagine. i also have a cdz and aes both with rgb cables which run perfect on this tv.

now i bought this new green label rgb but the picture just shows some red flimmering.

defect cable?

No, it's just a japanese cable and not a scart cable. You can easily rewire it according to the scart pinout.
