Is it me or does Terry not have a Power Dunk in this game? Every time I try to pull one off I get a slide kick.

Yeah, it is hard as hell to pull off consistently. I honestly have an easier time with Fatal Fury Special Geese's Raising Storm.

Raising? I always thought it was Raging Storm.

I do like how Terry's Overheat sounds like "OVA SHIT!"

It gets romanized both ways. It doesn't really matter, but "Raising" is the first way I saw it back in '93, so that's what I stick with. I don't think it's a right/wrong thing, though/

And yeah I finally 'figured out' how to get Terry's PD. What a strange way to input that in the game. Oh well, I guess it's good for combos.

Yeah, it's df+A,uf+B as others listed.

Pretty useless in the game however. 2nd hit is an overhead, so there's easy mixups like df+A,d+C and df+A,uf+B. But damage potential for guessing wrong with this mixup is minimal.
