Madman's Cafe again... lists the release date as 9/26 and price as 39,800, I think the price translates to $300 range.

Hopefully, it will get much better than it was during the beta test reports before the final release... with 2K2 and SNK vs. Capcom on the radar it takes an outstanding game to make you want to jump on this one.

A september release hmmm... good.
At least for me Otakon will be long gone and money can go back toward games.

If you're right about the price in yen then that makes it more around the $350 price range.

Keep in mind that KOF 2K2, New Power Instinct, and SNK vs Capcom are on the way for MVS and may have AES version as well, here's slogan, "Neo-Geo for life"

I can't wait to play SNK vs Capcom! I'll be first in line to buy a copy.

Hasn't SNK vs. Capcom been out for awhile? I know that SNK Vs. Capcom 2 is out on the PS2. Why are they bringing out a game that is a couple of years old? Still, it would be interesting to see how many megs it will be. I am also wondering the meg counts for Metal Slug 4 and Rage of the Dragons. Will we see a Neo Geo game hit the 4 digits soon in meg amounts?

Makismo, there is a difference between capcom VS SNK that is made by capcom and SNK vs capcom that is made by playmore.

For the hundreth time, Playmore is publishing SNK vs. Capcom on the Neo, I don't know whos develping it yet. It is going to be a brand new game.

Capcom allready released CAPCOM VS SNK on the DC years ago.

That is all...

depends on how you consider that lineup - unless you're buyijng direct from SUN, you're probably going to be after NCS and Shawn.

FYI, the Metal Slug 4 English home production was purchased directly from SNK NEOGEO. With this in mind, the SNK logo will most likely be placed throughout the English version manual, insert, & cart sticker.

SUN distributes for the Japanese market only. For this reason, the SUN Amusement logo would logically be used again instead of SNK, for Japanese version that is.

The BrezzaSoft logo was used for English KoF ’01 AES, because purchase & production was completed through BrezzaSoft Corporation, which was prior to the opening of SNK NEOGEO.

I would put some Samurai Spirits characters in this game. Give everyone weapons and see what happens! Having a slash fest with the Bogard brothers would be Kool. Drool...I want Samuari Spirits V to come out and to be at least 900 megs - if not more. <img src="graemlins/drool.gif" border="0" alt="[Drool]" />
