If you bought your Phantom1 new, you should have all the instructions you need in the box.
Anyway, no manual is needed for it, just plug the MVS cart in it, then plug the Phantom1 in the console, and that's it.

Plugging carts in it will be hard and annoying at first.
But with time, it will get a lot easier, as your Phantom1 will loosen up and get more "used" to the carts.

My phantom was purchased used, and it didn't come with any paperwork.

I can tell it was hardly used, because I was struggling to plug in my MVS carts.

If you have a stereo mod, it should just be using regular RCA white and yellow cables. If you aren't hearing any sound, try turning up the volume slider on the front of the AES.

Thanks GohanX, that fixed my problem. I didn't realize that the earphone volume had an effect on the stereo sound.
