Hi there,

I´m in the process of builing a consolized ST-V, and wanted to show my progress.

At the moment i have build the case, and that part is done. Now i need to give it a paintjob, but i am still thinking about the design.

Besides that i need to solder the wires, and the ST-V should be finished soon :)

Here are some pictures (and some text in danish):

As long as it looks nicer than 'that', then it should look alright, especially if it matches what you've outlined in your proposed mock-ups...

Well, I'm the third person who came to make the same joke.

There is something to be said for no load time though. Good luck with the project!

Pope and I were talking about this a while back, it will be interesting to see what you come up with.

I'd remove the sticker and either replace it with a nice STV logo or some art with a chick with big tits making the buttons her nipples.

Your next cmvs should have that pic. I'd buy it but ya know, I've already got one.

I'm sure ViceMickey could make something nice :)

Thanks for the feedback.

Yes i used the same font again, and i think its an okay solution, to keep it on a budget :)

Rob Black - I use the same arcadesticks, that i build for my CMVS / CHNG64.

I´m on to a new project atm, where i will consolize a Taito F3 board. This time it will be a more open finish, where you can se the wires. I will work hvis the deep-effect of plywood combined with many layers of varnish. The casing is build witout screws :)

Don't forget to add a switch for the joystick/trackball jumper.

I dont have a trackbaal, and will probably never get one :/ But the system is still very open, so it will not be a big deal to switch the jumper if necessary.

First layer og varnish has just been added!
