I've had my eye on Drawing Kingdom for a while now, don't know if it's playable to someone who doesn't speak Japanese, but the concept sounds very cool.

there is no point in importing a PS2 as long us you don't understand Japanese. the only Jap games I buy are only SNK ports and the winning elevn series (coming to US)
