Funny that's why the homecart whores said 99 Dream Match and 99 Evo on the DC sucked, because they didn't like the 3-D backgrounds (even tho 99 Evo's looked 10x better than the Neo ones).

Now it sucks because they aren't 3-D! lol, I love these guys and their 300 dollar carts...

BTW they never were fully 3-D in the first place, they just had a 3-D perspective when the screen scrolled.

Hey, they are putting the old backgrounds because they are related to the bonus strikers. It's not like they are putting KoF backgrounds on Last Blade 2 .

I'm glad they are putting 2-D backgrounds, I have KOF 99 for dramcast and capcom vs snk 2 for ps2 and they suck ass and looks illogical with the 2-D characters.

I can not WAIT for this one! 2000 is one of my all time favorite fighters, and now that it's getting the one thing that I thought was wrong with it fixed (more backgrounds), this will be KILLER. I love the return of the Neo Geo background, and the SS2 one is nice too! Damn, I love SNK.
