I am sure it is import friendly (had the DC Rez and it is all English as I recall). But why not just get the US Rez? It is cheap nowadays.

The least I've seen it is for around $30. In town it's even worse at around $50 at a store like Gamestop.

Its import friendly, as long as you have the capability of playing imports, you are all set.
