Following the closure (for now) of JDCR, I scoured the internet looking for a place to buy Arcadia magazine online. Lo and below, after only two days of searching, I found this site:
<a href="http://www.ne.jp/asahi/inex/shop/english.htm" target="_blank">http://www.ne.jp/asahi/inex/shop/english.htm</a>
Inex Shop allows you to order current issues of just about any Japanese magazine there is, but that's not all. You can also order various manga anthologies and mooks as well. There are two downsides to this site, though: one, they only accept PayPal, and two, shipping typically takes about two weeks (not good if you're in a rush for new Japanese goods). Still, I got what I wanted, and their customer service was quite friendly. I recommend giving them a shot.
And before anyone jumps on my case claiming that this isn't news, JDCR has closed shop indefinitely, so those wanting to purchase Arcadia Magazine (and any other Neo Geo-related manga/mooks) now have an alternative.
