PandaMonium does long, detailed and very interesting reviews of Saturn games, focusing on the US releases. They are part review, part documentary. He often interviews the developers, and does a lot of digging through old footage and material.

If you're curious and have an hour, his Parodius review is a decent representation of his stuff

He does great work and isn't getting nearly enough recognition, so I figured I'd share

I've yet to watch that video, but i've heard very good things about it from people that did. Might do it next week.

I've got about an hour left (it's divided into 5 chapters) and it's excellent. He had an extensive Zoom call with most of the Saturn Virtua Cop team and the conversation is great.

I also like how he shows how well designed Virtua Cop is. Even little things like each stage starts out with some windows you can shoot just to reassure yourself the gun is calibrated well. Great stuff.
