PAL/NTSC-J KOF2003 differences

I have KOF2003 NTSC-J version and the local shops here are selling the PAL version really cheap. Anyone know if there are any differences (and if so what they are) between the PAL and NTSC-J versions of KOF2003? Same goes for SNK vs Capcom Chaos...
