The macadamia nut white chocolate chunk cookies from Costco are excellent. Also hazel/filbert nuts in baked goods are awesome.

my wife grew up with a pecan tree in her backyard.

EVERY baked good she makes has pecans in it, and I FREAKING HATE it because she's an awesome baker.
