New KOF x Garou game announced

Obviously a Japan only title, I dont think SNK caters to anyone else outside Japan. I am still shocked that KOFXIII was able to pick-up steam outside of Japan, its an amazing game for sure but I dont feel SNK did nowhere near enough to promote their game.

Am I the only one around here who think if it's anything like Cardfighters it could be fun? I mean, given it doesn't have the Capcom franchise attached, but I think there might be room for some enjoyment. I'm not saying I didn't wish this were a fighter, but if I had been given the chance to play it, I think I might give it a shot.
