you stupid bastard it's not a boat, it's a schooner

You're a schooner!

EDIT: Dinkins beat me to to whole "using his own words against him" gag.

EDIT 2: And "giving someone a schooner" sounds painfully sexual.

I'd edit some humurous rebuttal into my original post but I've been stripped of the "edit" function by rogue moderators... the very same ones that blessed me with the title "spamtastic retard." I've never looked back since.

It's either Bloody Flash or Bloody Slash, the exact name escapes me.

But the motion is:

DF, HCF, DB, F + BD

Not that hard really, but then again Laurence is my most used character in FFS, so I've gotten quite used to its timing and motion. The one that I still have trouble with is Duck King's -- it's HCF, UF, D + BC

I can never pull it off 100%.

FFS is notorious for having extra complicated DM motions, which is half the reason I love it so much -- it's not a game that can be played well by the average gamer.

I never managed to pull it (I don't play often with this character but still...)
I think that FFS has the worse DM with SS2

That's good, just remember two things:

1) Practice Mode is there for a reason, and it doesn't discriminate.

2) Stick with the joystick, you may not be used to it, but once you do you'll be wondering why in the hell you ever used a pad to play your fighters in the first place.

totally agree with #1...and if you can adjust the settings on the CPU dummy to "Guard +1" it'll make for the perfect way to perfect the timing on your combos

The move is almost definately different in RBS then it is in Fatal Fury Special.

It's almost the same actually...

DF, HCF, DB + BC

Same basic motion minus the "F" at the end and a different button combination.

If he can do it in RBS he can almost certainly do it on FFS.

I got KOF 98 today. My first KOF for my Neo AES.
I cannot preform a simple dragonpunch?!?!
I put samurai Shodown 2 in and I can do 10000000 of Haomarous
sword swingy dragon punch movement in a row. ( I dont bother
checking on names right now):)
I can preform his hidden move to with no trouble, but when I put
KOF 98 in a simple dragon punch i impossible?!
I use Iori and shot 1 miljon of those ground shots but no dragon punch?!
Have they changed so you absolutely have to hit downforward + punch?!
I can preform a dragon punch like its nothing on my neo cd with KOF 96.

They say that the Power Geyser motion in Fatal Fury 2 was very hard to pull off
