SVC Chaos and KOF 03 also come in that form.

Terrible game.. however

Rumours are Samurai Shodown 3 was location tested in this format too.

It was discussed on here years back when they were releasing 2003 etc on SVC on PCB format. No idea who said it now.

Thanks for the info guys, very interesting being on a PCB itself lol, is it much more rarer in this form?

Auction ends in half an hour, i wonder how much it will go for!

There isn't much difference in price, its certainly not rare. Most people don't want them as you can't fit a unibios etc. But meh MS5 innit.

You can with the NeoMS5Masta but you can't use the NeoSVCMasta, different pinout.

Somehow I can't see MS5 doing well by itself in a cab even back in the day.

heaven forbid somebody else get a good deal :annoyed:

yeah I agree when it was at 20$ it would have been a "good deal":spock:. since it ended at about a 3rd of what I paid its not so bad? I am just the jealous type.I guess the complete cart kit is a whole different animal though.:D:-:B::A::forw::360:

I can't imagine owning the full size PCB of this. The game is one of the two worst Slugs (along with 6) and to have it in a space consuming full size PCB would be a downer. I have several casual gamer friends with only the PS2 Anniversary version of the Slug series and no one has ever bothered playing MS5 more than once to try it out.

I honestly believe 4 is better than 5, at least they tried *something* new with the medal system or whatever. 6 I played through once on PS2 credit feeding, and it was one of the most boring gaming experiences I've had. I gave up after that, no 7 or XX for me thanks.

Only got 2 and X on MVS now, played 1 and 3 to death and don't see the point in owning them if they are just going to sit on a shelf. I can always pick them up again if I feel like it.

I've only played Metal Slug 5 on the PSP metal slug anthology, only played it once... mainly to play all of them + i like the soundtrack on metal slug 5, apart from that the game is O.K....

A full size PCB of the game like the one that sold on ebay would be annoying i reckon, unless you've got a empty cabinet that needs a PCB.. i dunno, i'd just buy a MVS 1 slot instead lol

I rotate them in and out of my cab regularly. They play mostly the same anyways and the rotation makes for more level variety, with no one title clearly superior to the rest of the series.
