This looks awesome, but it's sold by somebody in Mexico, and pretty expensive.

I also noticed a link of the official SNK Playmore japanese site this:

These are pretty sweet though... I think I actually like the mexican bootleg one more, as it has the awesome Neo Geo logo on the back, with the rest of the logos on the sleeves and front. I'd be happy with either for christmas though

I actually have one of those bootleg hoodies. I had a little chuckle when I saw someone post the auction link in another thread a couple weeks ago asking "who would wear this?!?"

As for the anniversary one, the only place I could find that would ship outside Japan was http://www.1999.co.jp, but they're no longer taking pre-orders. Maybe someone else knows another place?

How is the quality on that bootleg one? Looks like it's pretty good from the pictures (Mexican's usually have pretty good quality bootleg shirts from my experience).. The sizing pretty standard?

I think it's pretty good, but not sure how well the prints will hold up in the wash. Might need to get it dry cleaned? All the prints except the MVS logo are that puffy kind rather than the flat vinyl or silk sceened. The sizes seem a bit small though, I got an XL but it seems more like an L so maybe get a larger size than you normally would.
