I laughed reading this, but I also broke off a chip of plastic from my AES from a <1" drop earlier this week. SNK made some very fragile things.

The plastic is getting old and brittle. You have to be careful when screwing an AES. Exert too much force and you can break the screw hole.

Up until that point, I was ridiculously careful with it. I got careless for one split second, and that happened. Lesson painfully learned.

SNK made some sturdy shit. The AES stick im using now is from 1993. I've dropped it, friend abused it and it still works great......
