Hi! Could somebody tell me which memory can I buy to write the BIOS to my 6 slot neogeo. Beforehand thanks.

27C1024 EPROM - however, you will need an eprom programmer that is capable of programming 16-bit EPROMs. Read the fine print to make sure the one you have or buy can do it.
