Neo geo aes

Hello everyone. I’m having a problem with my neo geo aes. With the av cable works well but with the rgb cable the synchronism fails. Change the capacitors and stay the same. The cable is tested on another console and is fine. In this console repair a track that was going to lspc A0 any idea? Thanks
