i downloaded this kit by curiosity, what the hell is this?

i'm noob about programming, i can't understand how that work!

someone here can use this?

maybe a tutorial will be nice for who want to try dev!

i saw some 3d demos on youtube as well , neo have very capacities , i will be happy to see someone making a last blade 3 or garou 2 one day!

From what I remember, Sebastian was the guy who used Jeff Kurtz's Neobitz Dev tools and then tried to pass them off as his own on ngfl.com.
