Hi !
I just played the game again , and remembered that i have forgotten something :P
There was a hidden bonus level in stage 3 , but i cant find it anymore.
I still know the spots for the stage 2 and 4 bonus levels.
The third stage looks like this :
I still can remember that the spot is behind / or - after destroyed - in/under such a "easter island style" statue.
Perhaps someone can help , i am trying hard to find it again for myself at the moment but with no luck
