NEED files converted to PDF. Can someone help?

I have two inserts (one for Sengoku and one for Master of Syougi) that I would like to make inserts out of, but can't figure out how to convert them to .pdf. Can I send these to someone who is smart enough to convert them?

I don't know of any way to convert them perfectly other than getting a copy of adobe acrobat on your comp. If somebody else knows how, I'd love to know as well.

You can also create .pdf files in Photoshop, with no quality loss. It's very easy...
