It costs the exact same and comes out a week later. Those of us who preordered the Japanese version will pay the exact same price, but we may be playing it as early as next weekend.

To be honest, I don't think it's that much of a deal to me, because I expected the price rise. I think KOF 2000 went up as well from its initial price point by NCSX? I got mine from them at that time. Anyways, they are fairly honest store, & I get games fast (I agree w/ Andy. I remember playing that game, when most were still waiting, so it's fine that I am dealing w/ them). To be fair, I would have gotten from Shawn--I only dealt w/ him once, but he's service is excellent--but since NCSX offered the pre-order first, I pre-ordered it there.
